ModelRail-Crafters 30-Day Refund Policy

At ModelRail-Crafters, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Refund Policy Details:

1. Eligibility:
   • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Process:
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@modelrail-crafters.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Include the RMA number with your returned item.
3. Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds:
   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

   • Items marked as final sale
